It seems like only yesterday that we opened the doors of Modern Metal Solutions and now we are proud to be celebrating 10 years in business. We’ve been honored to work on some amazing projects, many of which have received prestigious industry awards and press mentions. Some of our favorites include:

Rowdy Meadow - One of the most prestigious properties we’ve ever had the pleasure to work at, Rowdy Meadow was not only featured in Architectural Digest’s AD100, it’s the subject of its own book. A piece of art unto itself, Rowdy Meadow is a 16,000 square foot Czech Cubist inspired home, designed by renowned architect, Peter Pennoyer.

The Ultimate College Crash Pad - So aptly dubbed by New England Home Magazine, this modern and playful 2 bedroom-unit was featured for its combination of ultra-hip style and sophisticated modern updates, not the least of which included the glass and steel floating staircase, complete with LED backlit risers.

The Gap Cove House - This complete redesign of a 10-year old prefab home on the coast of Rockport, MA, garnered numerous design awards and press coverage for its unique and ecologic design from the team at Ruhl Jahnes, including coverage in Dwell Magazine, Dezeen and North Shore Home, the 2017 Design Award from the New England Region of the American Institute of Architects, 2018 AZ Award of Merit for Environmental Leadership, 2019 Boston Society of Architects Housing Design and Accessible Design Awards, and 2019 North American Copper in Architecture Award.
