As 2025 drew to a close, Modern Metal Solutions embarked on a transformative journey of expansion and innovation. Through a collaborative effort involving our dedicated team and a group of highly skilled tradespeople, we undertook an ambitious renovation of a significantly larger facility. In just eight short weeks, we successfully transitioned into our new, state-of-the-art headquarters.
The project was a testament to the power of concerted teamwork. Beginning in late December 2025, our crew reimagined the fabrication shop, executing a comprehensive demolition to create a streamlined, high-performance environment. We transformed a fragmented layout into a vast, open-concept workspace featuring specialized zones for machining, cutting, welding, assembly, and finishing. This enhanced footprint provides the necessary scale for staging large-format projects and managing multiple complex fabrications simultaneously.
Our office environment has also been completely revitalized to reflect the modern identity of our brand. We transitioned from an aged, traditional setting into a luminous, expansive studio designed for seamless collaboration. Central to this evolution is our new Collaboration Room—a dedicated hub where clients, designers, builders, and architects can gather to engage directly with our work.
In this immersive space, partners can see and feel the textures of various metals and finishes, alongside integrated components such as wire mesh, custom castings, glass, and wood. By showcasing samples from our long-standing vendor network, we’ve created a creative laboratory where one-of-a-kind fabrications are born. We invite our clients to explore the infinite possibilities of metal design right here in our new home.
